First Floor

The first floor (350 square metres) has two entrances from the typical Tuscan "loggia", the first in the hall and the second in the double kitchen.

Together with a 120square metres living room, there are three double bedrooms and the master bedroom with a fireplace inside. There are also two bathrooms and a dressing room.
